Abstract

The Effect of Reward and Punishment on the Improvement of Employee Work Discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment on improving employee work discipline. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The sample in this study is 50 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS program and uses data sourced from respondents and documentation from PT. London Sumatra, Bulukumba Regency. The results of the multiple linear regression test were obtained Y= 11.508 + 0.561X1 + 0.119X2, which means that the constant value is 11.508 with regression coefficients of 0.561 and 119 which states the direction of influence of variable X on Y has a positive value and a value of sig > 0.05 which means that Reward and Punishmehnt have’nt an effect on improving employee work discipline.
